The links above lead to scanned images of the index for each type of event. Even where there are no Theakers I have included the page for completeness. This is a project in hand and as time goes on it will become more complete.
When you have gone to the relevant page click on the icon for the Year and Quarter you wish to view - this will open in a NEW window.
The full page in the new window may then resize to fit the window - if this happens hover the mouse over the picture and wait a few seconds for a box with arrows to appear - clicking on this box should make the pic full size.
You can save the pic by right clicking on it so that you can put it into an art package.
